Clue's to booking ps for CRT

Where on the boards do I find the clue's to booking PS for CRT. We're going in August and can make my phone call in May, but want to know everything I can about calling that morning. Any help appreciated.

I just managed to secure PS for party of 5 at CRT in May. I wanted to make sure that I had a PS for my daughter's 5th birthday. I called the WDW dining to make sure that I calculated the 90 days correctly - they will tell you the exact date you should call for a particular PS day. The guy I spoke to told me to start calling at 6:45 rather than "exactly 7 am" as I had read. It worked! We got through at 6:57 and booked our breakfast without a problem.
