Club Villain

selected dates for April and May are discounted for AP, DVC and CM. If you already made reservations at full price they will refund the difference. Call to see which dates

Thanks for heads up!!

Has anyone gotten a refund for any of the April or May dates?

Just now:
Immediately messaged friend who was going in May. She called and was given the refund.

I posted that question while on the phone.
It took a bit of prodding but I finally got the refund too.
At first she kept saying it wasn't loaded in the system yet.
She wasn't even finding the announcement of the dates being included
I kept saying that I had spoken to someone on Saturday and she found the memo/notice but the code wasn't loaded but it would be by Monday.
Finally what I said triggered something with the CM on the phone and she found the right memo/notice and got my refund applied.

Called this evening but the CM couldn't find anything other than the discount for March. Ugh. I was too tired to fight. I will call again tomorrow!

After talking to three different cast members I finally got my AP discount. I didn't realize, but they will ask you for your AP number so make sure you have that ready.

My date is April 16, the 9 pm showing. And boy does 20% make a nice difference even for two people

I've read through this thread, but didn't find the answer to a couple of my questions. Is there a cancellation policy, or once tickets are purchased are there no refunds? Do I have to call Disney Dining to get the DVC discount? And, lastly, does the $99 DVC price include tax and gratuity?

24 hour cancellation policy, yes and yes!

It is a nice difference. For the 4 of us it was like getting 1 of us free

Something else I was told, and I'm not sure I believe it completely but I'll put it out there in case someone else hears it too.
The CM that I spoke to over the weekend, who went above and beyond trying to find the code to process the discount, said that her supervisor wanted her to tell me that if I didn't want to call back I could request the refund at the event, when I check in

I sure do wish that Disney extended the discount to Canadians. With the dollar where it is, 99 US dollars is about 129 Canadian. A poor dollar discount!

I called Disney dining last night to try and get the discount for my existing may 28 ressie. She saw the discount but she couldn't apply if for DVC or AP. Called DVC member services and they were able to apply it - all the little bit off helps

This would be a LAST LAST resort. They are at a temporary podium and not sure what their technology ability is there.

Once at Wishes Dessert Party we were three. DD's friend was at park that day and at podium we asked if she could be added since we had an extra seat. They said yes but had no capability at podium so called a Manager who left with her CC to somewhere behind Tomorrowland Terrace (they called it upstairs) and came back with receipt. If we weren't there way before opening I don't think they would have allowed due to the pain it was for them.

What I might try even before that is go to GR inside the park prior and see if they can adjust it for you.

1 day prior cancellation policy. Full refund if you cancel before the day of the event. You have to call DVC Member Services to get the DVC discount, WDW-DINE to get AP. Yes, the price includes tax and gratuity.

I snagged a discount for May through WDW-DINE. She had to get a supervisor to put the discount through with the AP. I didn't ask if WDW-DINE could process a DVC number for a discount. Would prefer to do it through DVC but they had a 25 minute wait on the phone. this was a new reservation, not previously booked.

Anyone else going on Dapper day and dressing up? I think we might have some good interactions with the villains due to being dressed up. My dress is black, white and red so maybe the Queen of Hearts will think I match her. Cruella should appreciate fashion.

I have a friend who works in entertainment at DHS and she's hinted at some sort of Star Wars dance party/dessert party/stage show coming soon. I'm not a Star Wars fan and I'm annoyed the park is being pretty much taken over by Star Wars at this point, but I know the fans who are missing out on SWW this year will probably be happy.

I prefer Star Wars to Frozen.

when is Dapper day? Definitely post some pics and a review, if you don't mind sharing. I imagine you'll have a blast!

No Dapper Day dress here but I think it's a brilliant idea to tie the 2 together. I'll keep an eye out for you

I called Disney Dining today to make reservations. This was the first time the CM had booked Club Villain so it took a bit longer. She was able to find the DVC discount and we went through the booking process, but when it came time for payment it was pricing it at the full undiscounted amount. She then went back through the whole booking process again, and the second time it did go through with the DVC discount.
