Club perks for LoewsFirst membership?

My neighbor called me from PB yesterday to tell me they were given free club benefits. She thought it must for belonging to LoewsFirst but they never told her why.
She was so happy and I asked if she booked it at club rate by accident and she was sure she hadn't. She has stayed onsite many times and at all 3 resorts, has had APs so I know she not clueless about the rate she paid.
Has anyone else heard of this?

Just got the scoop:
They screwed up her reservation and had been expecting them the day before. They had charged a no-show fee too. Luckily, her paperwork showed the correct checkin date so they straightened it all out but was still a big hassle to check in.
If that's all it takes, I hope they screw up my ressie in Sept!
