Club Libby Lu in Downtown Disney

Club Libby Lu is organized into four interactive zones where the VIPs can mix their own lotions, potions, hair and body gel, lip gloss and fairy dust, play a game and have a makeover, as well as celebrate a birthday. The store is decorated in bright, sparkly colors and filled with glittery items. Girls can purchase their own angel wings and feather boas, all to the beat of the latest pop hits.

The four interactive Club Libby Lu zones feature:



Libby’s Bath, Body and Cosmetic Laboratory -- includes all bath products, cosmetics, nail polish, and the self-serve laboratory where girls can make their very own body glitter, potions and lip gloss.


Libby’s Room -- includes all bedroom accessories, sheets, pillows, sleepwear, phones and t-shirts.


Fantasy Dress Up Area -- includes dress up clothes, wings, and tiaras.


The Style Studio – this is where all the makeovers take place


What’s Your Scoop? – girls can express themselves by creating their own t-shirt.

I see my wallet getting a workout in this store.

I had posted about this new store yesterday - but thought it was just makeovers.
I think I better budget at least $75-100 for this place! My daughter will think its the best thing she has ever seen in her entire life!

I hope my 4-year-old daughter does not see this one.

We have one near where we live and some out of town guests were familar with it. The out of town guests had my 4-year-old and their 4 1/2 year old made over. THEY LOVED IT.

I was really thinking that it would be just okay with my DD4 because she is a couple years under the Tween target market, however I was wrong.

We will need to keep far, far away for our visit to Disneyland in December.

The store is right where you enter DTD from the Grand Californian......so if you're poping into the hotel, perhaps for a meal at Storytellers (which I highly recommend)...you might want to enter the hotel through California Adventure instead

Just say 'No not this time - you can look around, but we aren't doing a makeover this time - mommy has spent a lot on the Disney vacation and we can't do it right now...'

Most kids know they can't have it 'all'.

Okay, even though I have NO desire to take my daughter to get a makeover when go to Disneyland in December... I was just looking at the pictures we took during her makeover at our mall a couple of months ago. She and her little friend sure look cute... and they were so happy.
