Universal Deluxe have club level rooms.

JW Marriott is supposed to but no idea what offerings they will have as they aren’t open yet. They were supposed to open in April but opening has been pushed back to June now. (Unfortunately they are like a mile from DLR over at Garden Walk area I think.)

Anaheim Marriott and Sheraton Park Hotel do. If you're picking between the two, Anaheim Marriott all the way. It's a bit further but way nicer.
The Hilton across from the Marriott and convention center also has a lounge but I've never stayed there since I'm a Marriott guy.
