If you are measuring club level only by the cost of the food and drink you consume, it's definitely not worth it. However, there are other perks that may have value which, depending on how much value one ascribes to those perks, may make it worth it. Those other perks include separate check-in, access to the lounge to hang out in, the convenience factor of the lounge (e.g., breakfast/snacks/appetizers/beer are more conveniently located and obtained from the lounge than they would be from having to go to a store or restaurant in your resort), dedicated cast members to assist with reservations and the like, nightly turn down service, free newspapers, the feeling of exclusiveness one gets from staying on club level, etc. Whether or not all that is "worth" $130/night is completely subjective.
