Club level resorts

I was trip planning for next year since we just purchased dvc last year & was a little confused. I guess I assumed that the resorts that had club level would have dvc rooms in club level. I guess that's not the case? I looked at WL & they don't seem to have club level for dvc. Is that right or just because of the construction? Are there others like that?

AKL/Jambo House is the only DVC resort with club level villas (and that is only 5 2BR lockoffs that are very difficult to book.)

Yeah, DVC just isn't that kind of club.

DVC is about comforts of home more than it is about "concierge service."

The 5 2BR lock-offs at AKV are basically impossible to book unless you own AKV and walk it.

OP: The only DVC resort with Club Level rooms is AKV's Jambo House. The only reason AKV has those Club Level rooms is because some of the AKL hotel rooms that were converted to DVC villas were on the same floor as the Concierge Lounge. They either had to move the lounge to another floor in Jambo House or declare those 6th floor DVC conversions as Club Level villas and that's what they opted to do.

But the fact that no resort since has done Club Level, despite premium point costs at traditionally premium resorts, says a lot.
