Club Level lounge photos

But then we'll NEVER get new pics from the WL lounge! :lmao:

Just kidding. Haven't stayed at the WL so I can't say anything about it. I can say is the Poly was GREAT. I had a garden view last year and I loved the lounge. Breakfast was good enough (evening offerings were better) and the VIEW!!! Just gorgeous.

Hi Kim - met you in the Poly lounge last July with my daughter.....wanted to say hello. AND, I agree, the Poly lounge was really great - especially the view. We are staying at the CR this year - but I have been really torn because I loved the Poly so much. I would highly recommend it!

Hey Wendy!

Hope you and your family are doing well. We had a hard time not choosing the Poly this year too! But we're going to do the BWI & the GF (got spoiled by the monorail resort, lol).

Can't wait to hear about your trip this year. We'll miss you guys by a few weeks (going pretty much same time as last year). Snap some lounge pics for me and we'll do the same.:cool2:

I know what you mean - I would have gone back to the Poly in a heartbeat! Can't wait to hear about BWI - that is our favorite Epcot resort. The kids have wanted to stay at the CR, so that is why we are going there. I love being on the monorail too.

Ashley says hi!

Sorry we will miss you - our APs expire July 15, so we needed to get the trip in before that.

Can't wait to see the pictures

Oh Wow! I had no idea the BC lounge was renovated. When? We were there last June ('09) and it looks different now. I hope they added more seating. The lounge was always packed with no where to sit. I also hope the food area is larger. Everything was crammed into the 1 horseshoe and people were trippng over each other.

I'm not sure when they renovated, but I love the new look! For us, the lounge was only packed right around 9 am and early in the evening appetizer offering time - other times it seemed pretty empty. The food was all in the horseshoe area to the right of the entrance, but it never seemed too crowded - perhaps they expanded it, or there were just fewer people staying CL.

Thanks Jen. That is one dandy set of pictures that made a section of my planning a little more clear. Is the lounge located near the elavators or is it down the hall a ways? Would actually like to stay near it if possible. Thanks.

Glad to help! :thumbsup2 The elevators are very close to the lounge. I was standing in the elevator area when I took the first picture of the CMs' desks, and you can see the entrance to the lounge in the top left of the picture.

:)Thanks so much for your gorgeous pics of the BC lounge. It's got me more excited than ever-I cant wait until I'm there!!

Just thought of a quick question-can anyone tell me what times the lounge is open for breakfast and if there is a less busy period to go? Thanks

You're welcome - I can't wait to go back! :goodvibes The lounge was open from 7 - 10:30 am for breakfast, with just coffee available from 6:30 - 7. It seemed most crowded right around 9, when parks opened during our stay. We were there a few mornings around 8, and it was easier to get a seat and move around then. We went once at about 10, and it was also less crowded than 9.

We were at the Beach Club last summer. It looks like all they did with the lounge is switch the food area with the kids area??? Is there more to it than that? It also looks like they took the little room that was behind the food area (where the CMs restocked the food) out??

It did appear there was new chair coverings. But I meant space wise did they add space (like from a room next door) or anything?

does anyone know which of the resorts have the espresso machine. I need my coffee, but hate the nescafe coffee they usually have at the parks. Thanks!

The Polynesian has a different type of machine compared to the one at the Contemporary and Animal Kingdom Lodge.

I thought the one at the Poly last summer was pretty good - better than the usual Nescafe! Is the one at the Contemporary better?

Since I have stayed Club Level at both resorts and tried the coffee from both machines, I honestly think the one at the Contemporary is a lot better.

Well, that is very good news! I have something to look forward too. I thought the Poly's was good and if this even better, that is great! Thanks!!!

subscribing....we are booked for 2 nights at BC CL standard room at the end of our trip in august. I really wanted Poly upon comparison of the lounges but with my pin code there weren't any standard rooms available there (LV and TPV are out of the budget). However, these will be basically resort days anc BC has SAB. After looking at the pics, I hope I am as happy with BC CL as I was last year with plain ol' BC!

You will be more happy. The service is better with CL rather than regular level.

From 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM each of the lounges offers two hot food items from the various restaurants of their resorts and there also coffee and hot tea available all day until 10:00 PM. Besides that with the hot food items is a few Beers and Wines, then from 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM is the desserts and cordials, which also includes the Wine. Now when it comes to amount of food my family and I think what they offer is enough as a meal replacement for us however others might not feel that way, so it's a matter of personal opinion.

We were so exhausted from last night that we slept until 10am! I never do that! Well actually I was up at 7am but to tired to get out of bed so I fell asleep again....we barely made it to the lounge for breakfast, they stop serving at 10:30.

DH had a bagel, cinnamon buns and fruit. I had a banana, croissant and raisin bran. All of it was very good, just enough to get us going. They have a large selection of tea bags and I had the Earl Gray Lavender that the Wave serves. DH had coffee, they were out of OJ.

Around noon we were off to Hollywood Studios...the bus pulled up right away and we were the only ones on it all the way to the park! This is starting out great!

Thanks for taking the time to post all of the pictures! Can't WAIT!
Confident that we made a good choice!!:cloud9::cloud9::cloud9:
