Do you let the IPO make all your ADR's or do you make them yourself? How successful are the IPO's in getting the ADR"s you wanted?

I prefer having control of ADRs. However, they were able to get the Hollywood Brown Derby when I wasn't able to. If I can't get it on my on, I enlist their help. It's what they're for and I sure do appreciate it.

I let Poly Concierge handle everything & they got every ADR I requested - 11 days worth! They are a really great group to work with!

If my family and I ever make ADR's, we have them done by the Cast Members who physically work on the Club Floors and not by the IPO, because we don't know where and when we would want to eat until we are in WDW. Because we don't ask for restaurants that are hard to get at the last minute, we have always got any ADR's we ask for at the last minute.

I'm working with the AKL IPO trying to get LeCellier for the first week in July for lunch or dinner. They had no luck on the dates I wanted, so I've told them to try any date at this point. I know I'm a little late, but I thought for sure they could get an ADR for me. Guess I put a little to much stock in their "pull" in the this area. Oh, well...

When we stayed @ CR, IPO made our PS's before the 90 day mark (the cut-off then). This time, I booked our trip 3 months ahead, well beyond the 180 mark. IPO made all my ADR's exactly as I'd requested.

Dogsmom, you didn't say which concierge you were staying at ... I am staying @ the Contemporary and my 180 was 2 days ago, I let IPO make all ADR's and I got all , as I requested, down to the minute. Larry @ CR IPO, if you are reading this, you are wonderful!

When I stay on the concierge level of any of the resorts (which is always), I always have the IPO make my ADRs. It is so much easier to just give them a list of what I want and then have them do all the work. It is also easier when I need to make changes - I send a quick e-mail and within 24 hours usually get a revised list of ADRs. Generally, the IPO cast members have been able to get everything I ask for (even the elusive CRT breakfast, as long as I am not too picky about a particular day)

If I need to make changes while at WDW, I have the concierge staff do it for me. They sometimes can't get something if I ask too late for a really popular restaurant, but the vast majority of the time, they do come through.

I worked with Beth at the GF and she did a great job. i must have chenged ressies 8-10 times and she fixed it every time for me, each time sending me an updated list of my ADR's. Highly reccommend her!

I let the WL Club Level people make all my ADR's last December, and I got every single one...and I was WELL within my 180 day mark (I'm talking like 80 days in). I even got the Le Cellier Candlelight Package through them, I was pumped. I highly recommend using them, you're paying for it after all
Plus, evrery time you make a new reservation/modify an ADR, they send you a sheet with all your ADR's and confirmation numbers. Hope you are as lucky as I was at the WL
