Can we use points for the Club Level at BLT, I can't seem to find the info anywhere and if so how many points is it?

There is no club level at BLT.

BLT does not have Club Level. AKV is the only DVC Resort with Club Level rooms, and those only exist in Jambo House.

Club Level rooms are available at Deluxe Resorts that are bookable as part of the Disney Collection, but the point requirements are extremely high.
