Club-Level ADR"S

For our upcoming trip I let the IPO do it. Fairly easy, they did not mind all the changes I kept sending as we made changes to our plan. Everything is now all set for April and I have a nice pdf file from them with all the ADR's with booking numbers.

Did you communicate by email? How did you send the first form that that sent you?

I communicate with the IPO via e-mail. I do not use the form they sent, but rather sent them my own document with my ADR request. As a previous psoter said, once ADRs were made (or changed, and there have been lots of changes), the IPO sent back a pdf document with listing all the ADRs (with confirm numbers). It is very easy and convenient (much more so that calling directly to make them).

We went in Oct to AKL CL and I did all of the ressies at my 180 + 10 mark but then let the IPO make all my changes and it was fine.

I think for our Oct trip at the BC CL I am going to let the IPO handle it

Don't forget the IPO Cast Members use the same computers as the regular WDW-Dining Cast Members, so if a location is sold out for ADR's they can not do anything to get you in. All they can do is keep trying until an ADR time becomes available.

I just faxed over a request to IPO. The only thing I need them to do is sign us up for the ME. Will they do this for me? I provided all the flight info and everything they would need. I hope this wasnt overstepping my bounderies.:)

They do have some power. Thanksgiving week they called several restaurants for us and spoke directly with a manager to get us in. Some of those CL CMs go above and beyond to accommodate you.

I have heard that to be true about restaurants located in the resorts. So if Club Level guests at the Contemporary had a hard time getting into Chef Mickey's or The Wave then the Club Level Cast Members can do more to help them.
