Club 33

So I just received a letter in the mail and I think this year may be the year!!!! Any other members out there? What do I have to look foward to?

How cool for you!!! Wanna be my friend? LOL Club 33 is the ONE thing we've always wanted to do, but we don't know anyone who is a member so we can't do it. I am very envious that you have this opportunity!!! Congrats!!

Congratulations. I have been to the Club and it is an amazing place. You will probably have lots of people asking for invites once you become a member. Be careful who you make reservations for when you are not dining with them. From things I have read, you are responsible for your guests actions, and if they do not show up for dinner you are responsible for a no show fee. So make sure you know and trust the people you are getting in to the Club on your membership.

We got a letter a while ago, don't remember what it said though......not that we were getting close.
I think we have decided to pass on it now anyway. I think for the money we would rather buy VGC DVC points

ONLY said that we are getting closer, how much closer dont KNOW............I am just excited it said closer!!!!!! I dont think this was some letter that got sent out to EVERYBODY, I got it because I left several messages requesting waitlist status. Even though Disney was sure to put in that letter that it could still be years, I think maybe the economy has something to do with the reopening of the waitlist and the sudden movement in it. Maybe club 33 for some people is just something that there is no longer room for in their budget. Either way I am excited.

When did the waitlist reopen? I hadn't heard anything about that. I have a really good friend that has been waiting for the list to reopen so they can get on it. I will have to let them know.

We have been on for about 3 years or so.

I was lucky enough to get to go there with my husband and a couple of friends from Canada in June this year, and we had a great time! The food was fabulous, and the staff was quite friendly and attentive. Congrats on moving up on the list!

The Gold Membership is for an individual with a member fee of $10,450 and an annual fee of $3,275.

I was on the waitlist for 8 years. I got my invitation letter (er bill) last year. I had one month to pay them the full $10,000 plus that years dues I believe.
