How can I get reservations at Club 33 without buying my own membership? :rotfl: Is it hopeless?

sorry to say... Yes. Unless you know someone or have $8,000....

Yes you have to know someone who has a membership and that person has to call and make a reservation for you. You cannot call and say, I know Tom Jones and would like a reservation. Tom Jones must call for you. Ask around though, you might find your corporation or a "client" corporation has a membership, especially if you are located in California!

I am not in CA. We are traveling to CA (from MS) for our 3rd anniversery. I have never benn to CA (except LAX) and am very excited about the trip. A meal a Club 33 would be icing on the cake. We have been to DW several times but it will be a first for DL. If there are any members who want to sprinkle some pixie dust we would welcome it. pixiedust:

I would recomend making a reservation at Napa Rose. It would be a lovely anniversary meal, and you could make a res. there without any problem.

Thats the only res I have made. We will be there for 5 days. Someone else suggested something Bayou ? in the MK.

Blue Bayou is a nice relaxing restuarant right next to PotC. They have good food (big $$$) and a nice atmosphere because you can watch the Pirate boats float by.

Short of Club 33, I would suggest the Vineyard Room in California Adventure. Great food, good wines, even better service! In the past the VR offered only prix fixe meals, but they are now serving ala carte, so you don't have to order the 4-course meal -- unless you want to!

The VR is only open for dinner on weekends most of the year. Club 33 members can even have the Club make reservations for them at VR.

Blue Bayou is overpriced and (I'm in the minority here) but the atmosphere drives me nuts! I feel like I'm eating in the cuing for PofC and better hurry along!

I would suggest eating in Downtown Disney. There are some fantastic choices such as House of Blues and Rainforest Cafe.

I haven't been to BB in many years and I know it is pricey, but my husband and I used to go before we had kids and we found it to be very romantic. Since you've been to WDW, I would compare the atmosphere to San Angel Inn, however a bit more romantic.

Thanks. That gives me a good comparasion. I will make a PS for this one also. I am still hoping a fairy godmother will come through with club 33 PS. ;)
