Thanks Jack
You are welcome. Networking will be the fastest to get a contact if possible. Best of luck.
Jack
Thanks Jack
Thanks for the advice everyone, Maybe Ill facebook it![]()
I wouldn't recommend this exactly. ...if they are on facebook and you find out they have a membership, make friends with them for them, and not for their membership.
I probably read it the wrong way due to knowing the number of times people send friend requests to a few friends who are members, and they get the "I would love to go to Club 33, I know how to behave..."My read on PMGuernsey's comment was to reach out to existing friends via facebook, not to find someone on facebook to befriend.![]()

The idea of posting it as my status on face book "something like looking for access to club 33 for anniversary", and if any friends new what club 33 was and have or know how to get access then maybe they would respond. I scraped that idea anyways, because that would ruin the surprise. Ill probably just where my Mickey Mouse shirt around school more often, and see if any of the physicians notice, or have any contacts.![]()
If you click the cog to the right of your FB post. Select "custom" you can then select who can see it, and who can't.
Thanks skiingfast, Ill look into that.![]()
I feel very fortunate to have experienced it one time. I could never afford to get in. I never knew anyone could get in period. It was in the 90's when I was invited so I went. I have my memories. I hope you can get in.
Initiation is currently in the $9K range for a single person, with annual dues for this year being in the $7K range.Gosh! Good Luck OP! I too would love to go to Club 33. This is a great thread I had no idea about how it all works. Maybe I'll try calling DL just for the heck of it and see if I can get on the waiting list. By the way how much is it??

You are right they haven't gone down. But I could have sworn, I had been told last year $7000 a year, but maybe I had asked about the corp annual fee.In 2008 the initiation was $10,500 and I don't believe they are going down; the 2011 dues for a gold membership (silver is no longer offered) were just under $3400 (corporate memberships are higher). I don't believe the 2012 dues notices have been sent out as of yet.

I hope your 5 year wait is accurate...I have been on the wait list for about 7 years and have been told I probably have another 4-5 years before I reach the top of the list...
Membership allow you and your guests to dine at Club 33. Minor features are valet parking at the Grand Californian and AP for members (guests receive park hoppers). What does a membership at Club 33 entitle one to?
I've seen guests with Club 33 logo items in the reserved line for Candlelight, so I expect members get a few other special perks![]()
