another congratulations!! How neat! A touch of envy here :) Are you both going to jump in?:wizard:

I am truly sorry if my post offended anyone.
Those who have discretionary funds certainly have the right to spend them however they please.
The price just seems so ridiculous to me, no matter how rich one is -- like spending $4,000 on a purse or $1,000 on a pair of shoes.
Maybe I don't understand what exactly one gets for the money. Is it just a prestige thing -- to be able to say I can eat at Club 33? Does the money fund any charities? Maybe someone can explain it to me.

G'day

I happened to watch a documentry on Discovery Channel about bilion/millionaires (aka rich folks) and their spending habits. I have myself wondered why they feel the need to buy multiple exotic cars, multiple houses etc.

The documentry put it in perspective for me. The host said for a millionaire to by a new exotic car for $100k is similar to regular people buying a new piece of furniture.

Income: $5 milllion/yr Item: $100k Item/Income: 2.0%
Income: $50,000/yr Item: $1k Item/Income: 2.0%

An i truly belive peopel who work hard for their money deserve to reward themselves sometimes too :)

For me personally, I would love to purchase this and would donate passes to various charities.

Unfortunetly for me I was born devilish handsome and not rich :)

cheers
:goofy:
