Club 33 members out there?

These were available on Ebay and sold for over $50 a couple of days ago. You might want to see if you can purchase a pair there.
There's also a pair up for sale now. I'll PM you with the link.

Before the holidays thats a bit much to spend but I think some of my Xmas money might get me those ears!

Do you have to know someone to get reservations if you are not a member? I would never go more than once, but that would be so cool!!!

Yes and no technically you must have a member make reservations for you through their membership. But in the past Disney used to have special events that you could pay for the event and eat at Club 33. The only issue is I have seen a huge drop in these types of events (which stinks) and many have not included Club 33 in about 3+ years. I am sad about this since that is how friends of mine got in.

We were able to have lunch there in June. My Dh was able to get us in by knowing a work associate that is a member. It was wonderful, in every way!

As far as I know the waiting list has been closed. It's quite long and they say the spots don't open enough to continue adding people to the list.

They didn't have the ears when we were there. They were out of them. We were able to get a beautiful wine glass with the 33 logo, and my husband got a Club 33 key chain. I wanted the ears too though!

Don't hear much about this exclusive club, except that it's hidden somewhere on Main St and you need a key to get in and membership is very expensive with a 10 year waiting list!!

Anyone ever seen it on Main St? Where exactly is the door located?

and...anyone out there actually members of this club? Any info? I"m assuming that most members have got to be wealthy celebrities or something.

We have a member who has been gracious and generous enough to extend us an invitation when we go and it's a wonderful experience. The food and the service are fabulous. I love standing on the balcony overlooking NO Square and people watching.

Membership is expensive, but not all members are celebrities.

As for entry, there is a discreet intercom outside the door. You buzz the receptionist and give her the name of your party to be admitted. If you do not have a reservation, they simply will not open the door. From the looby there is a staircase and a lift. Upstairs the club is decorated with Disney memorabilia (items out of movies, pieces that belonged to Walt and his wife, etc.) The staff is quite happy to give a brief tour and when ever we have a first time visitor with us, they produce extra mints, pens, small notepads, etc. as free momentos. Over the years we've purchased a coffee commuter mug, ears, and two Club 33 pins.

If you are in the Blue Bayou and you look away from the water at the building there is an exterior staircase. Sometimes you'll see a Club 33 staff member coming down it. You can also always take a picture outside the front door.

I was able to go to Club 33 last year for a friend's retirement party. It was for lunch and it was a buffet style for the appetizers which included crab legs, shrimp and a whole lot of other goodies. I almost did not have enough room for the main dish (awww who am I kidding? I always have room...)
I wrote a report but since it was October of last year I could no longer find it on the forum. Here are some of the pictures...
