To expand on what Tiggr33 said - we were fortunate enough to go twice as she said. I did notice that they did not have a lot of merchandise - there is one small curio type cabinet at the top of the stairs with 4 maybe 5 shelves each had only a couple of items on it. The first time we went they were out of ears (not allowed to ship, no back order gggrrr). We lucked out the second time - ears!!! However - no pins. UGH. OH well. we got them the first trip.


Please, please, please - have a server (female) get you a photo of the woman's bathroom commode. We howled and howled......

We managed to bribe our server into getting the men's room for us - not as much fun....

Pluto made an appearance the first time we were there (Tig - didn't Mickey also come to the tabel???) Since it was the 50th anniversary year he had a special dog tag so we got photos with him.

I would like to at some point in my life go there for dinner, but as Tiggr33 said, we were disappointed in the food the second trip. Maybe it was an off day.

I sat on the balcony - be sure to look into the large tree - the Mardi Gras beads are a trip!

enough hints and babble - enjoy your visit. I have photos of every corner of the place, including the wine bottle signed by Fess Parker in the far corner of the Raven Room...there are so many treasures it would fill pages and pages of type.

Thanks for all the advice.

We've finally started planning our trip. Now that DLR is offering buy 3, get 5 days for both hotel and parkhopper tickets at both the resort hotels and good neighbor hotels, we got an incredible package deal today.

Saving us about $500, which really helps since we'll be spending all of that at the D23 Expo and Club 33!
