Club 33 article from AOL news

I keep telling DBF we should get on the list, by the time our chance comes up we will have been able to save up the $10,000 fee to join! LOL

"Because Disney fans can be somewhat fanatical (think Star Trek convention but with Mickey Mouse ears instead of Spock ears),"

I loved their description of us lol!

Except that right now the waiting list is so long that they are not even adding people to the wait list. :(

Well it was a joke.....we couldn't afford the annual fees either way. :) And I'd have to use the money we saved to buy myself a new car by then anyway. :lmao:

Eh, new car vs. Club 33 membership? Decisions, decisions, decisions. Cars are sooooo overrated, aren't they? ;) :rotfl: :goodvibes

:rotfl: yes, yes they are!!! LOL
We just bought DBF a new car last Sunday, not even a week old yet, he's loving it. His "old" car was an 02 Neon, it's in the driveway waiting for DD13 to turn 16 and then it's hers, he got an 09 Spectra, really nice car. I'm currently driving an 05 Grand Caravan, it's got almost 122K on it.....LOL (all those DL trips LOL) I'll be ready for a new car in about 3 years.....LOL :)

I got to dine there last year and the experience was amazing. Sure, the food is great, but wasn't blown away by it. The wait staff were so attentive and friendly. The decor seems a bit dated, but it's just the fact that you're in Walt's exclusive club that makes it worth the price in my opinion if you can afford it. We definitely had to save up for it. I get the chance to go again in October and we can't wait. It might not be the most economical place to go if you have a family, but if given the chance, a Disney fan should definitely try it at least once.

I wonder what the Club 33 in Japan is like..

It is very different than the Club in Anaheim. Number one it is in a different location. Their downstairs lobby is much bigger. They also have more rooms than the one in Anaheim. They bring you in them for celebrations rather than doing them at your table.
