Yeah, not to let anyone down but the view on people under 13 is they MAY not have the maturity to handle when things get really ugly and bad, and may start in on the fight. You can also check the dates of the birthdays of community leaders by clicking "View Poll Results" and click their name under the "Yes" answer. They are all born 1990 and early on. From the way VMK is saying you can be banned untill 2015 VMK will be around for sometime, so don't worry you have plenty of time to be in VMK and apply. The more time spent in VMK the better your chances are if you have no bans.
P.S.~VMK does not want your parents to help control your account when being a community leader, you have to have the maturity and responsibility to do it on your own.

Ok i dont want to sound mean or anythign but what you said is kind of mean to people that are 13 and younger because your pretty much saying that we should wait just because we're 13 or younger. Many ppl including me are mature and i am going to be 14 on Jan. 2nd and i think that waht you said is wrong. Just because we have to use our parents e-mail does not mean they control MY account. And many ppl that use there parents are more mature and responsible than some Adults i see roaming VMK i will not mention any title and they might not even be on the fansites but i can say that 13 and younger ppl can be WAY more mature than adults in most cases. So this was just my feelings about what you said because saying that we're not mature was not being very nice or even respectful. Well no hard feeling i just had to speak my mind for the 13 and younger.
