clothing/temp question for next week?

Ok, the forecast says that next weeks will be in the low 80's with lows in the upper 60's.
Will people be wearing shorts or pants?
Will it be warm enough to swim or will this weeks temps have to water too cold?

You can swim ! Bring your suits, because I bet there are days when it won't be a problem. If it's cold out doesn't Disney heat the pools? I'm not sure about that but I would think so. Also I think people will be wearing both shorts and pants, so I'd pack both. Weather can change at a drop of a hat so you never know.

All you really know for sure is that you're going to have a blast ! Especially at your very first Halloween Party! We sure did and are looking forward to our very first Christmas Party since we are leaving ourselves in just 33 days!

People will most definitely be wearing both shorts and pants. Typically when the temps are in this range we go with shorts, t-shirts and then light jackets or sweatshirts over the t-shirts. Even with a temp in the lower 70's the Florida sun can make you pretty warm in the parks.

As for the pools, they are heated and open year round. We often swim when it is in the 60's or even below and have a blast. Just make certain you are prepared when you get out of the pool as it will give you a good chill.

We are bringing shorts, capris and long pants so no matter what the weather does, we'll be ready. We will be bringing the alternate pants to the parks in the backpack--so in case the weather turns, we'll be ready.

I'm not sure if the temps change that drastically in Floroda? but here in the Midwest, the temps can fall 20 degrees in 2 hours--wicked.

We just came back from our trip and they forecast a chance of rain each day as well......it never happened. We were the lucky ones to be there during a huge unusual heatwave!!!

It was in the mid 90's and humid each day! I guess we can do Disney in August 2007 if we survived this past week!!

well in Ft. Lauderdale, its a little chilly...I'd bring a couple pairs of jeans and a sweater/jacket...just in case.

Keep in Mind, I am a born Floridian, what may be chilly to me, might not be anything to some of you guys.

We leave on Friday and I am packing write now. I am bringing sweatpants and sweatshirts everyday to the park for each one of my family members. I am overpacking but I can't help myself. I HATE the cold weather. It's been in the 50's here at home and I am freeeeeeeezing I hope the weather holds out and I am not just praying for warmth but also for no rain. The last time I was in disney, January 2005, It was in the 40's and we were all wearing our ski jackets. Please, Please, Please not again!!! I think I am being overly paranoid.

TBella--I know what you mean. Its maybe 40 degrees here today and rainy....I can't even imagine how warm even 75 will feel.

I was at MK once in Feb and had to buy a pair of sweatpants on Main Street we were so cold. Since then, its all about bringing warm stuff in the backpack.

I just checked (we get there 10/31) and its showing warm but RAIN!! OH NO!!! So Im hoping theyre wrong or itll just rain and stop. Bringing mostly jeans, Id rather be warm than cold. Sweatshirst and jackets. Maybe a capri or shorts. Fingers crossed the forecast changes!!
