We're going to be at Disneyland the first week in April, after Easter. It looks like it will be in the lower 70s during the day and the 50s at night. Should I go back to the hotel and get pants later at night? I don't really want to go back but I'm not sure what other options there are. We'll be staying at the Doubletree Suites and will most likely walk instead of taking the shuttle.

We were there last year at the end of April. Most days we wore jeans or capris and a short sleeve shirt and packed at light coat in the backpack. We were comfortable but really were not there late at night, most days we left around 7:00 at the latest. I know there are lockers you can rent too so that may be an option if you don't want to go back to the hotel.

I see you're from MN which means your "cold" and my "cold", living in SoCal, are not the same :) It's been 50's in the morning, 70-ish in the afternoon, then 50's again at night. I need jeans and a hoodie, or at the very least a long-sleeve tee in the morning and at night, then I can take it off when it warms up and wear a tank or tee, but still with jeans (not shorts). You might be fine since you're used to the cold! I usually put the sweatshirt in my gigantic purse when I'm not using it, but if you don't want to leave the park, as the PP said, they do have lockers you can rent.

Haha. I suppose hot and cold is all relative. 50s is a bit chilly for shorts but the 70s should be fine. Our highs are in the 50s right now and I'm wearing pants for sure. 70s should feel really warm! Now, if we were coming off of the summer and 80/90 degree days, 70 would feel cool!

I'll have to think about a locker. I take a mini-bag along so that won't fit anything bigger than a poncho. I get stressed out when I leave the parks because I feel like I'm missing out on something and that if I come back later I'll find that I don't have time for everything I wanted to do. We'll see how I feel when I get there. It's probably a hold out from WDW where it can take 2-3 hours out of your day to go back to your hotel, depending on where it is.
