Clothes for Disney

Shorts, sneakers(ALWAYS comfortable!), Jacket is preferable, capris, just stuff that is comfortable and ready for anything!

i'm thinking bout 2 skirts, 2-3 shorts, and 7+ shirts............my mom said shed do laundry during the week so we'd have clean shorts! :cool1: lol. what accesories do you take too? my cosmetics always seem to take up more room than my clothes! i take my own conditioner, toothbrush(duh), brush, hair ties, hair spray/gel, lotion, makeup, deoderant, and everything else you usually need! :goodvibes i will take like 3 stuffed animals too! o and pictures of my doggies! o and flipflops and tennis shoes! :)

Make sure it's light weight make up that won't melt away in the Florida humidity!;) and lot's of rides at Disney have water that could ruin a carefully sculpted hair-do so try and keep it simple!

I wear very little make up, so I'm really no help there, but if you do, wear makeup that won't melt off, and maybe some that has some sunscreen in it? (bare minerals)

I wear knee lenght shorts or skirts simply because I don't really like my thighs. I also wear sleevless shirts (I do like my arms) maybe a jacket. florida weather is freaky, its boiling one minute and I'm cold the next.

And GOOD shoes. I can not stress this enough. Any other time of the year, I'll wear cute strappy heels or flats, but I always wear tennis shoes or converse sneakers in wdw. (although a pair or heels or flats do seem to sneak their way in to my luggage every time. ;) )

For clothes

I say bring shorts for sure. Jean shorts arent the best for the wet rides (they dry slow and are ichy wet). So I would say buy some girls basketball shorts (they are 12.00 $ each ibelieve at Dicks Sporting Goods).

As for tops, I would say tank tops/ sleevless ones or t-shirts. I would maybe bring 1 long sleeve shirt.

And for shoes I would say Flip flops or sneakers or Crocs (my mom wears them, I won't!, she saids they are very comfy.).

I would say you must bring a little backpack, not a huge one, but a little one (at Footlocker and Lady Footlocker there are cute ones). So you can put your stuff in ( sunglasses, cell phone, chapstick, ect.)

I usually wear shorts and a no sleeve shirt during the day and at night i wear t-shirts and shorts. It depends on what time you're going.. I went in August so it was really hot then.

Shorts/a skort, a t-shirt, and sneakers.
Don't do flip flops, they give you blisters and might fly off on the roller coasters ;)

If you don't want to bring a backpack, wear cargo pants/shorts. They have loose pockets for you to put your wallet, cellphone, lip gloss, and anything else you need in.

thanks everyone!

i bought a string backpack at dicks sporting goods a couple months ago that i'll take for my phone and stuff like that!

for non-jean shorts, i LOVE the soffee sport shorts thast you can get at dicks, mc sports, and others too!

for shoes, i dont like walking around in tennis shoes ALL DAY LOOOOONG so i'll throw a pair of flip flops or sneakers and socks in my backpack.

i'll wear short sleeve shirts and i have a couple of sleeveless.

as for hair, like i said, sloppy bun and sport headband......not the thick ones for like basketball but the thin ones, almost like a hair tie lookalike.

but again, thanks everyone who gave me ideas!!!!!! :goodvibes

I usually go for 10 days so I bring
8-9 pairs of shorts
9 shirts
one fancy skirt/outfit
Cosmetics (BASICS I only bring eyeliner and eyeshadow!)
Be careful there are NEW regulations for airlines no liquids
so no mascara, shampoo, conditioner, liquid deoderent, no lip balm and other things!

When I went to WDW last Dec. all I packed as far as clothes go are shorts, Tshirts, 1 pair of jeans, and 1 hoodie. I was expecting nice warm Florida weather like it had been for my two trips before that. It was so cold!!!!!! One night it got
into the 40's. I wore my hoodie and pair of jeans for like the whole trip. They were so nastey by the end! Can you imagine shivering on Main Street waiting for a parade? Anyway my point is it can get VERY cold in Florida so pack a few pairs of jeans and some hoodies.

yeah i know.......once we went for 2 weeks;1 at wdw and 1 at my gma's in tampa. we werent sure how the weather would be the first week so we went to blizzard beach first then the parks the rest of the week. besides the day of blizzard beach, it was only in the mid 50s so i t got cold! at my gma's the next week, it was in the mid 40s! hello! it flordia for cryin out loud! it shouldnt be this cold! :confused3

If you are going in the summer for lets say 7 days, bring a few pairs of shorts, lots of t-shirts, 1 sweatshirt and if you are going when it is cooler at home outside, bring one pair of jeans.

Word of the almost wise= When you are going to a park, wear a bathing suit under your clothes! It will keep you dry.
:cheer2:
