Closing with MB and UY banking deadlines

Hi all - we are still in process of closing on our 200 pt direct VGF purchase...had some small snafus with DocuSign,.plus my and DHs schedules for getting docs notarized have not been as quick as we would like. Hopefully I will be sending off our notarized documents by tomorrow at latest. My question is whether our MB sell back might be in jeopardy? We have a Feb UY, so banking deadline is Sept 30, I believe, and I saw another thread about 8/26 being deadline for MB.incentive....do we have to have fully closed by 8/26, or by our banking deadline, to get the MB incentive? Or does just signing the contract work? How long.does closing usually take once we get our notarized docs submitted? Thanks!

The deadline for a Sept UY is 8/26 because you have to let them know at least 4 days prior to the end of a UY that you will be taking advantage of the MB program. It has nothing to do with the banking deadline but the way the program is set up.

For example, those who bought in May with a June UY had to let them know by 5/26 they wanted the promotion....you will be fine.
