Closing Time!

So pleased with Cammy. We wired funds Monday, and got a reply they received them and all the signed documents, and that the contract would close today. Got the official “you’ve closed” email this morning. Out of curiosity, I went to the county site and the deed is already registered. Sweet!
 
Does anyone know if the account activation process follows business days or is it an automated system where we could get an email on the weekend with all of our information?

I don’t believe so it seems to be random..it could be a weekend though from what I’ve seen. We’re on day 34 now of waiting for log in…seems like us that closed in September have approximately up to 45 day wait.
 
Similar boat here. Contract hit the FL Comptroller site on Sep 9. Still not showing for MS to load the points. We have bought and sold quite a few contracts at this point and this process is much longer than it was even in May of this year.

Same. My deed was also recorded on the 9th and so far no word! I am now officially in my 11 month window also. Texted my broker who just shared the standard 30-60 day line. 😑
 
Sounds like I have some more time to wait; our deed was recorded on Sep 15. DVCRM sends you a little "thank you" something after closing. Looks like this time it is a belt-bag. I received an automated email that it is being prepared for shipment, so that might arrive before the contract shows up in my account. Good thing that I'm not in a hurry.

Previous contract was almost a year ago, and it took about 3 weeks after deed recording. I was in a hurry then with some banked points.
 
Anyone have any insight into why its taking so long currently?
No clue, i have tried calling DVC and playing dumb as we have a march use year so our banking window closes 10/31, but they just tell me not to worry... are unable to provide any updates, sales directs me to DVC admin team, Admin team directs me to sales.
