Closing Time!

No luck in following up with DVC via email. They confirmed the date they received the documents from the title company, and the rest was basically a form email stating what I can expect in 4-6 weeks. Oh well, worth a try!

At least they have them and nothing funny happened so that is great news.

I think deed recording date matters more than closing date, although someone can correct me if I’m wrong. Mine was closed and recorded on 9/2, and email/points came yesterday, 9/29.
I think that is correct as well. I am going to be down to the wire once my window opens! 🤪

The most important date is the day title decides to send over that the deed has recorded. Most do it same day or next day but I have had one or 2 wait several days. I had one that it didnt get sent for a month. But yes deed recording is the date people should go by
