Seems like the person processing resale contracts is on vacation or something.

All the more reason that calling and emailing takes time away from whoever is left getting things processed. When people call and email they won’t expedite for you. They likely won’t even help you with info so it just wastes time for everyone involved.

So I just got that email as well with the contract being finalized. How long after do you see the points? I've already got two direct contracts so I was expecting to see the points immediately but they aren't there yet? Is this your two hours you mean?
