All you can do is reach out to your closing agent for an update and they will nudge the sellers, assuming you haven't already. I did the same thing last week and closing happened shortly after. It's just the nature of buying resale, unfortunately.

I’m a recent first time seller. I’m hoping to help you all understand how difficult this process is made for us. I started the process 6/2. I have not been able to complete the process online after trying multiple times. Disney finally informed me it wasn’t my fault, but a problem with the online notary. It was very frustrating for me. I finally gave up on 6/22 and asked to all forms sent to me and I would get them notarized personally. They sent me one form. I thought there should be more, but I couldn’t reach anyone by phone, so took that form, got it notorized and sent back by fed ex. Since I’m handicapped, it was a real inconvenience. This AM, two days before the 6/26 deadline, I received the balance of the papers that need notarized. I’m so over it! I’m going to use another company for selling the balance of my points. These people are very incompetent, and not helpful. I just wanted you all to hear the other side.
