I hope yours goes thru soon, i feel your pain, this is how I felt during BLT contract and I can't imagine having to wait longer, sending pixie dust you will get it soon and spend years enjoying Aulani paradise

Thanks, you too! Fortunately I have terrible luck with these resale transactions and gave myself more or less 9 months leeway.

I think if we hit that mark I can safely ask for my money back

This SSR one has plenty of time too before we need it so i am not freaking out, if any of my other ones took a week for the seller to just sign the contract I would have been pissed

I can see how they maybe didn't check their spam folder. What I can't find is why the broker didn't follow up with a phone call after a few days. They are getting paid a healthy commission to pay attention.

I know! I don't know who is worse, Disney with how slow they take to process resale membership or these brokers. I thought it was weird that the broker told me the confusion was that their spouse signed right away, but they did not.

I thought Www.fidelityrealestate.com was better than dvcresalemarket.com based on my last transaction, but no its the same rodeo.

Its all good if the seller is diligient. The problem comes If there's an issue with the seller then they both don't do much of anything unless you push them is what I've learned from my three contracts.

Www.fidelityrealestate.com could have sent this off to ROFR yesterday and they still haven't apparently. I will wait to email again on Monday if they don't do it by then

They also tried to blame me for the slowdown when i called them out on it saying that I hadn't sent my deposit authorization form to the title company. I never send my deposit authorization form until after the seller signs and theyve charged the card after being sent to ROFR both times. I told them to tell me the second they sign and I will send it. Called them out on that and said me signing has for the title company has nothing to do with you sending this to ROFR

If in the future I need to do resale again it truly is "go with the contract that has the best price "

I got a copy of my recorded deed and owner's policy yesterday, although my deed was recorded back on the 9th. I'm pretty much checking my DVC account every. dang. day now

I got the emails I’ve been waiting for! Our DVC resale contract at BLT has been finalized with Disney, and I got the second email with the account activation code. My deed was recorded on 4/7, so that’s 16 days by my math.

I haven’t activated it yet (I’m at work and am waiting until I get home in case Big Brother is watching), but I assume the points won’t be loaded yet. But I’m feeling a little bit better about being able to bank them before that window closes at the end of the month.

My points hit the account! I do see a weird bug where it only shows my SSR contract, but the points are the sum of SSR and BLT. The total points are correct so I'll have to see if there's any weird booking issues from it. But the points are here!
