We also had our closing docs sent 5/20, and also emailed member services on 5/31. Nothing yet. In fact, our closing agent contacted us tonight to remind us to let them know when Disney contacts us. I think everyone is expecting things to go a bit quicker.

My timeline. I emailed on 18 Apr to see if the closing company received my funds, they had. I emailed on 2 May to see how the sellers were coming with their docs, was told they were using an actual notary and the closing company was waiting on the docs. Emailed again on 17 May to see how everything was going and was told the closing was on 20 May. Your mileage may vary.

I waited about two weeks but would actually recommend a shorter timeframe. Some sellers are awfully slow.

I already emailed once. I returned mine on the 23rd or 24th. I emailed on 29 asking if they had a date set to sign, they did not. Here it is the 3rd and still nothing..

Thanks, this one has been a bit charmed from the start. Even the initial offer was accepted within 30 mins, and the seller, broker, and title company were on top of everything all the way through their parts. Now that I've said how well it's going, I better prepare for three weeks until the contract is showing and another two for the points to load....
Sorry your sellers are still dragging, that is frustrating.
