I didn't receive any emails - just noticed the new membership when I logged in this morning. MS via chat said they couldn't load my points today unless I had a booking they could make (so I had them book a one night stay in May 2024 and then canceled it after they finished everything).

I’m a new member so I am waiting on emails to set up my member account. I think being an existing member you don’t get those.

I did get the email when the contract was added but never needed the club ID one or activation code since I already had an account.

But, I saw it on the website before the email came because I was checking several times a day!

Do you happen to know what email address the emails would be coming from? We were camping out of service last week and I’m paranoid I missed the emails

I don’t remember. It’s been a few years and no longer have them. I am sure someone else who just bought knows!!

Got my Club ID email early this morning but no activation code emails yet. Anyone know if they possibly might come on the weekend or am I doomed to wait until Monday? Also, is the activation code something I can call and get them to resend me?

I remember I got one email and not the other.. so I had to call in to get the number (Im pretty sure it was the activation code I got and called into get the member number)

Also, based on my experience I was able to chat with MS the next day after my contract was loaded to get my points loaded (for me it was the next day)
