We are dealing with the same companies, about two weeks behind you. How did you know to check the deed website, if you don’t know when you closed?
Does this title company not send out an email letting you know?

Funnily enough, I just randomly checked the website this morning and saw that it had been recorded. I had it bookmarked from this site from the last resale contract I purchased. Ironically, I did receive the email this afternoon from First American confirming the transaction was finalized today!

I reached out to DVCRM concierge to ask about closing docs and whether the 30 days was firm. They advised they're looking at 21 days from ROFR passing. So I should hopefully have those docs in a couple of weeks.

We used Mason and it was a few days after the Sellers returned their docs, which was about a week after we returned ours (since Buyers have it easy with digital signing and Sellers have to notarize & return).
