Are you under your new member number when you chat or previous number? What option do you select for reason? I keep getting kicked to please call

Based on the last few posted here, we definately seem to be up to a 8-11 days to get from Recorded to Membership IDs. The DVC site mentions they will be down for a few hours April 6th for training. Of course, that could be anything from new hires, changes coming, or a few hours training on how to use a new copy machines

It's only member accounting that will be down, not member administration. Hopefully they will keep plugging along!

Well I opened my DVC vacation points page and clicked on chat. And clicked on members services I think .. agent appeared online.. gave him my latest contract number that was showing in my account and it was dealt with nicely. Hope this helps.

It looks like for new DVC members with no account set up it may take some time also. Yesterday i talked to someone from Members services. He said that i will need to wait on Member Administration to email me with account set up info. It seems that they are short staffed. My deed was recorded March 16th.

Mine also. They need to work through approximately 600 deeds to finalize all up to and including March 16 records.

Where are you booking? We got our points the end of last April and we’re able to grab a studio at ssr for October. Check often and you’ll find something!!

well my home resort is OKW. Which is where we normally would stay. My husband wanted to try BLT 1 bedroom magic kingdom view September 9. Then after we go to a beach for 5 days which is already booked 9-13

We received an email from Marcelo at Mason Title that the contract closed today and the verbiage on the email makes it seem like we're on our own now waiting for Disney to complete the transfer

My deed was recorded on March 16th. Still waiting for Disney administration to enter my contact and email me (i am a new person too). They will email you the information to set up your account. which then you need to wait for a different department to load your points.

Do you recall how long between getting your passed-ROFR news to when Marcelo had sent you your closing docs? We passed ROFR last Thursday and I figure it's still early in the waiting. I'm trying to not be "that guy" and bother him.

We passed on 3/9 and initially were assigned to Cammy Smith but I guess we got reassigned at some point and Marcelo sent the closing docs on 3/14

Awesome. Thank you. So maybe another day or two for us if it's still the same volume/pace for them. That's helpful to know when I'm feeling anxious/excited to keep things rolling.
