How long does it usually take for the deed to show up in the county records? It should have been sent this past Monday or Tuesday, but I haven't found the recorded deed yet.

Old Key West; Orange County, FLWhich resort/county?
My experience has been if the deed is recorded in the morning, it will show up later that day. If it is recorded later in the day, it's usually displayed the next day before noon.Old Key West; Orange County, FL
Still waiting on the sellers to turn in their documents. Is that a long time or am I just impatient?Still waiting on the sellers to turn in their documents.

Oof. I would complain, however, if it's still within the closing date then its still within their right to do so. But if it extends past the must close by date then I would cancel or ask for a significant discount.Still Waiting
The piece is that there isn't much they can do in terms of a credit. Any changes to the deal would trigger it to go back to DVD for ROFR....that is why the only recourse a buyer has, when it does go past that date, is to cancel the sale.Oof. Contacted broker and he said he is going to do everything in his power to get contract closed this week. Crossing my fingers. The piece is that there isn't much they can do in terms of a credit. But, if someone will really walk away, then its always good to let both the broker and title company know that will happen so they can reach out to the seller and make them aware...I know thta is what motivated my seller after 3 weeks...and I was going to walk two weeks before the closing date and lose the deposit....
I have searched and searched for the recorded deed and can not find it. I reached out to my closing agent to check in and was told it may take a couple days, but it has been over a week since it should have been sent and recorded. Am I missing something or not searching correctly? Honestly, it's making me a little nervous at this point. How long does it usually take for the deed to show up in the county records? You would be surprised!!! I think I sold 150 points in under 3 days when I got my first fully loaded contract. They expire in 15 days. That might be a tough call.
Oh, I agree. I've rented out points the same day they loaded before, with these the problem is they need to be USED in 15 days,You would be surprised!!! I think I sold 150 points in under 3 days when I got my first fully loaded contract.
