I've read on the boards that it depends on who you get at Member Services, whether they will help or not.
I made sure to goto Member Administration with my first contract, and they were more than happy to help.
Just tell them, you're a new
DVC member who received your Activation Code via email and was wondering if they can help give you your membership number and club ID and that you are anxious to see how the website works, even though you know it will take more time to have your points loaded.
Tell them that you have the original contract number and the sellers names.
This should work.
