Thank you to everyone once again! This has to be one of the best boards I have ever participated in.

After a few days and a lot more questions here, we finally sent in our acceptance for our OKW resale.
I still see many things posted here that I don't understand but hopefully the member packet will explain everything. Our first trip will probably be December 2nd if we can wait that long.
We hit very light crowds last December during the 2nd week. Is there any other weeks that are good? We are very flexible which is fortunate.

We've gone the first or second week of December the past 3 years and it's great! You will want to make your reservations as soon as you close, those weeks are very popular since they are the lowest point season.

Congratulations and Welcome Home! While WDW isn't so busy, DVC resorts can be very booked then as it is lower points and all the holiday events are happening then. Check in the search for Dec reservation topics- I think there were a few posts about it.
