Closing costs?

Can someone help me guestimate what our closing costs would be if we purchased through Disney with the current AKV villas? Or at least point me in the right direction? I have poured over a few websites and haven't been able to come up with anything.

We are considering purchasing 260 points. TIA.

we closed yesterday in chicago at the dtds and we paid our closing costs up front, didn't finance them in, they were $252.00

We won't be financing anything either.

If you don't mind sharing - how many points did you purchase for the $252 closing costs? Is it a per point fee like the annual dues? Does it cost more if you finance?

we bought 100 points to animal kingdom kidani. we got the $8 off per point as our only incentive thru disney, there is no other incentive for a new purchase at 100 point. there are, however, more incentives at 160 point purchase. we did get 2 small perks from the dtds.

We paid about 253.00 for 160 points. I thought the closing cost were cheap compared to resale.

We recently purchased 210 points at AKV. Also at the Doorway to Dreams location outside of Chicago. I don't have the exact figure in front of me, but was under $300--no financing, either.

we just took the tour on Thursday and it's about $250 if you don't finance through Disney and $320 if you finance through them--this is for 160 points

Has Disney always charged for closing costs? We bought back in 1996 and I don't remember having to pay closing costs?
