closing costs thru DVC--30 point add on HHI?

Does DVC now charge closing costs for add ons? How much for 30 points add on @ DVC-HHI?

i suggest you use the search function and look for 'hhi closing costs' as i believe the state of s.c. requires an atty to be involved in their closings - adds to the closing costs considerably.

of course - i could be wrong - so check it out.

Expect to pay $300-$500 per closing.
