Closing costs fees???

New purchase, let's say 160 pts @ $100 = $16,000. Are there any addt'l fees or closing costs? Do you pay dues on the new points, too?

I mean, do you have to pay annual dues for the upcoming year on your new purchase or are they included for the first year in your purchase price?

When we bought in June, Disney paid closing costs as part of the "deal". Our dues are paid monthly, direct debit. We paid the pro-rated dues for the year (6 months). -- We bought in June, closed in mid-July and payments started in Aug/Sep, so we paid our 6 months of dues over 4 months.
