Closing Costs - Direct purchase - small add-on?

Does anybody know what the closing costs are for a small (25-50 point) add-on purchased direct from Disney for one of the older resorts?

We paid $141.50 for 60 points at VGF.

I've heard in the past that closing costs were about $1 per point but that's been a while ago. Maybe it's higher at a new resort. I'd love to hear other answers about adding 50 points at the older resorts.

$119 on a 50 pt contract at BWV.

Just did an add on 2 weeks ago. Paid $128.90 for 55 points at BWV.
