Can you tell me how to get a thread closed that I started?
I asked ' within the body of the thread' yesterday that it be closed. Emailed technical support and yet still, it carries on?!

If you feel there are posts in that thread, I read it a few days ago but didn't keep up, that cross the line hit the report button for that post.

You could also just unwatch the thread and walk away.

It's just flogging a dead horse at this point..I think there are many that are just totally irrelevant. Is there an irrelevant button?

You've been around long enough that sometimes threads can take on a life of their own.

As for this thread, unless there is a specific attack against you that you can report I would just let it go and don't look back. Also asking for a thread to be closed sometimes just brings out the worst in people. Like when they post something and then edit it before anyone has replied and it now says "Deleted" that just brings out the shenanigans. :yo-yo:

Note this is in no way meant to be any kind of advice on how these boards are or should be moderated. Please don't give me points. :-)

Quit reading and replying and the thread will eventually die.
