A coworker just returned from a week at Windsor Palms. At my recommendation, she booked through Closesttodisney.com. She said everything worked out fine - no problems to report. She had to pick up keys at an office on 192 which she said was no problem at all.

Only drawback to using them is you don't know exactly what unit you are getting until you get there. Other than that, good service and competitive prices.

Went through an owner this time to rent at Windsor Palms. We're going to stay there from 2/5 - 2/12 which is the slow season. There are some good deals around for that time! I got my 3 bedroom condo for $475 total including taxes ect.!

Thanks for the update, disneysteve. My husband and I are renting through them for our upcoming December trip. There have been very few posts mentioning them lately. I can add that all of their units are non-smoking, which was our biggest concern.
