Closest Target and how to get there?

I'm heading to WDW next week and will more than likely need to get a prescription filled while I am there (insurance won't fill it until the 5th.) I can pick it up at any Target, which one is the closest? Also, what is the best and CHEAPEST way for me to get there? We won't have a car, but I'll rent one if necessary.

Also, where is the closest hospital and what's the best and cheapest way to get there. If for some reason I need this medicine before the 5th, I'll have to pay a visit to one.

I just went through this same scenario and I ended up just paying for the amount of pills I needed in cash and then they will refill the remainder when I get back. I don't know how expensive your pills are but it may be cheaper than trying to get to Target.

Thanks. It's about $250 for 9 pills (without insurance.) There is a very good chance that I won't need these (they're for migraines) so it would benefit me more to wait for insurance to pay. Except if I REALLY need them, then I'd have to go to the hospital.
