closest hotel on monorail route from MK?

The resort monorail route is:

MK
Contemporary
TTC
Poly
GF

So the closest from MK is the Contemporary but it's an easy walk that would probably take less time.

IF taking the monorail from the resort to MK?? GF. If taking the monorail from MK to the resort??? CR. Walking from resort to MK? CR.

Because the monorail runs clockwise on the resort loop..it starts at MK, then CR, TTC, Polynesian and finally GF before arriving back at the MK. It takes about 25 mins to make the entire loop, with stops. So, while the CR may be the closest resort to MK, it takes the longest to get to MK via the monorail!! Has to make almost a complete loop.

IF you are looking only for proximity for parking??? Just park at the TTC and take the ferry over to MK or the express monorail. That express line is fast..no stops. So parking at the TTC and taking that line will be your quickest bet.

Thanks for the replies.... I'm just asking in terms of planning for food etc. Want to try Capt Cookes for breakfast ( that's the hardest one to squeeze in ) and maybe Kona and/or Contempo for lunch/dinner.

Yea its a loop so as posted above its a 25 min loop so if its 5 minutes to get to the CR its 20 minutes to get back to the MK if you don't walk.

So it all averages out in the end.
