Closest communities for rental homes

to WDW? What are the closest rental communities to WDW? No more than a five minute (ten absolute tops) drive? TIA.

We stayed in Sunset Lakes last year. Taking the shortcut in (Sherbath Road) it took less than 10 minutes from the house to the parks.

Some of the closest home rental communities to Disney are in the Formosa Gardens area and include: Windsor Hills and Palms, Emerald Island, Formosa Gardens, Indian Creek, Rolling Hills, Oak Island Cove, Sunset Lakes,Rolling Hills etc. Disney is huge so even though you're only 5 min. from AK, you would be 10 - 15 min from MK. ( via Sherberth Rd., a little longer from World Drive ). Here are a couple of maps that show the subdivision locations:
