I have a confirmed reservation in a 3 bedroom treehouse at Saratoga Springs Resort for 3 nights Thursday, February 16 to Sunday February 19. Dates can not be changed and there is no availability to add additional nights.
Points for a treehouse villa have increased dramatically with the new points chart. Take this opportunityto stay here before the price goes up!
PayPal only. 50% deposit and the remainder due with confirmation of the reservation being changed into your name.
If you were even able to book the treehouse through Disney CRO it would be ove $3600. I am asking $1600

We will be at Disney from February 15 - 21, and we love SSR, but for three of us, a treehouse, as nice as it sounds, is a too large. Normally we do a one bedroom, or a studio.

While I know that we do not need as many points as a treehouse would require, do you have the ability to transfer points to another ressie, and if so, how much per point would you want?

Not sure if this meets your needs, but thought I would ask.
