I have 411 points to rent for BLT, 200 of which could be transferred.
We are going to WDW in May on our 2009 points, and will be going on the DCL in 2011.

$11.00 per point, and my home resort is BLT and my use year is February. That means you can book Christmas week overlooking the Magic Kingdom soon!!

I am new to this, but with some help from another seasoned DISer, and the fact that I want to make this a smooth transaction for all so I can have some good references in the future, I will do all I can to make this smooth for you!! Any transactions will have a contract to protect us both!!

Payment Terms:
•25% at time of reservation- resort confirmation # will be provided to you
•50% upon receipt of reservation confirmation letter from resort
•25% 90 days prior to reservation start

No refunds available, but will work with you to try and reschedule vacation if needed and possible. "ONLY" serious inquiries reply, once I send you the update on your requested dates, you need to act fast to complete your reservation process, spaces fill up quickly.

Would prefer 2 BR at Bay Lake Towers, Bay Lake view. If not, then standard view. Second resort choice would be 2BR at Villas at Wilderness Lodge. Third choice would be 2 BR at Beach Club Villas.

There will be 6 of us...3 adults and 3 children, ages 7, 5, and 3 at time of check in. I am bringing my sister and her family for their first trip to Disney.

I spoke to a number of you today, some got what they wanted, and unfortunately some didn't!!

I have other's I am still calling for, but unfortunately when I tried to call back it was after 5:30 and they were closed. Being off from work tomorrow, and my kids school closed for snow, AGAIN, I'll be on the phone first thing in the morning after i dig out AGAIN!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure that if you want me to make reservations for you that I have ALL the information requested, AND A PHONE NUMBER where I can reach you as I will not call DVC till I speak to you personally and verify all information!!

I'm down to my last 77 points as I just made another reservation for someone this morning!!
