This has worked the best for me in the past:

1) It is your responsibility to contact the person in front of you to arrange the swap. If your dates are filled after you, I would contact the person in front of you to see if they are ready to make arrangements. Contact with the person would be best asap, that way you can work out an arrangement that works for both of you.
2) Based on the above rule, this question is answered.
3) I have a list of rules on the first page that should answer everything.

If anyone can think of anything else that we should add, please post.

Our stroller has been delivered, and is waiting for our first swapper!!!!

I ordered the tire pump, I thought we would have more people by now to get the rain cover too . Our first swapper will need to fill up our tires . It clips right on the stroller, just in case we need it later!
