Checking availablity and everything looks good. But, for the dates you've requested i'm showing a total of 163 points, not 127. For April I'm showing 14 points for Sunday-Thursday, and 32 points for Friday and Sat, then for the May 1st a 29 point night for a Friday/Sat room.

Double check my math, but if I'm right it would be 163 points at $10 per point for a total of $1,630.
