Looking to rent points for Dec. 17-26. Prefer a 1 bedroom, but due to high cost of points for Dec. 24 and 25 may need to downgrade to a studio. First choice is VWL, followed by BCV, then BWV. 2 adults, 2 kids. I have rented points before and am happy to provide references. Please let me know your rate per point, home resort, contract you use (if any) and deposit/payment requirements. Thanks!

Hi again. After much research this morning, (didn't realize non-DVC members could access point charts) a 1 BR at WL is too many points for our budget. Due to our length of trip (9 nights) we would really prefer a 1 BR over a studio.

Hoping to rent points for AKL for a standard view 1 BR or a standard view value 1 BR. According to the points calculator I used on the DIS, a value 1 BR is 235 points and a regular 1 BR is 277 points. We are looking to pay $9 per point. This could be negotiable for the right owner. I am very responsible, a Disney veteran (AP holders) and can pay via personal check. (Don't need to use a credit card through paypal) I can also give references. Thanks in advance for any responses.

If you stayed at BWV with a check in on the 17th and checking out on the 24 it would be 174 points. This is for a one bedroom. The 24th and 25th is 150 points. Let me know if I can help you.

Hey, fellow Mass-er! We need to be there for Christmas Day, otherwise I would take you up on it. The point costs for Dec. 24 and 25 are crazy!! If this doesn't work out, we have a ressie for a bunk bed room at WL for our dates, but I'm really hoping to get into a 1 BR villa. Thanks again!!

I agree the points are crazy. To go from 42 to 75 points a night. Have a great trip.

Thanks for the reply. As of now we are hoping to find an owner at AKL, VWL, or BCV who can book a 1 BR now for us. Otherwise, we'll have to see what's available at 7 months. Thanks again.
