Hello,

I have 150 points at Boardwalk Villas with a use year of April 2011 to rent or transfer. These are to be used by March 31, 2012 but can also be banked.

I will rent the points at $10.75 per point and do a transfer for $9.75 per point (minimum 150 points, rent or transfer). Transfers will be done via 3-way call.

50% up front once reservation has been confirmed and 50% 60 days prior to check in. I will email the confirmation and mail hard copy. I have rented here before and can probably provide references as needed.

Payment options: Paypal (+3%) or USPS (postal) Money Order.

Points still available in 150 pt blocks if transferring, minimum 150 if renting. 2011 to go before 2012 or all together.

We're trying to get into two studios or one 2-bedroom at a DVC resort for Dec. 21-24 (3 nights).

We can also do a checkin on Dec. 20 (4 nights) to reach the 150 point minimum.

Can you get these dates and units at any of the DVC resorts (preferably Boardwalk, Beachclub or Bay Lake Towers)?
